As Zemo wakes up in his room in the palace, he takes a moment to gather his thoughts and surroundings. He notices that he's back in his kingdom and the last thing he remembers is being kidnapped by some strange men whom one revealed to him as his son. He tries to get up but his head is pounding, and he feels weak. He figured that his kidnapper must have sneaked him back the same way they came and there was only one way to have made all this possible without raising an alarm; the secret passage. He saw that the sun had already begun to set and he wondered why the whole palace was till calm and didn’t notice his disappearance. The door swung open and Silas, his faithful guard came running to him. He was about to bang the door open and start ordering executions here and there but he got calm when he saw Silas. “Thank goodness you’re okay!” Silas feigned a sigh of relief, and taking a bow. “What’s going on here, Silas? Why are the other guards not searching for their Alpha?” Zemo was q
Days rolled into weeks, and weeks into months. Silas continues to struggle with his inner demons and every full moon was torture to him as the curse becomes more and more unbearable for him. He had his buddy, Finn by his side at all times. Full moon to him meant, excruciating pain as he would be always poisoned and wounded till he’s an inch closer to death so that before the inner beast would morph and attained power at climax, the night would have been over. But it seemed as though the beast itself is learning to adapt to the pain and recover quickly from the poison as time went by. Last month, Finn had to set more traps and fire arrows laced with wolfs bane to make sure beast Silas did not enter within fifty miles close to the kingdom. They were already getting out of ideas as to how to stop him from attacking the kingdom. Neighbouring villages had already started carrying out rumors that howls louder than that of a normal werewolf has been heard and many of the villages have alrea
Silas and Saul stood still, their hands hovering over their weapons. They had been so focused on finding the book that they hadn't noticed the creatures sneaking up on them."We're just passing through," Saul said, his voice steady. "We mean you no harm."The creatures chuckled, and Silas couldn't help but notice the sharp fangs poking out from under their hoods."Passing through, you say? And you think you can harm us?" one of them said, taking a step closer. "And what brings you to these parts? Are you too cocky or you are downright dumb? Haven’t you heard of the legend of Kedo forest? No one gets out"Silas glanced at Saul, unsure of how to proceed. They had come this far, and he wasn't about to let some hooded creatures stop them now."We’re neither arrogant nor stupid. We’re just desperate. We're looking for the saber-toothed mages," Silas said, his voice steady. "We've heard that they may have information about breaking a curse."The creatures exchanged a look, and Silas could s
“This is a story told amongst many children and I was the most excited to always hear them time and again when my papa and the chief of our village told us the story.” I said to my twelve-year old daughter, Denise as I saw the familiar smile. I noticed it as the same spark in her eyes; the same one I usually had when my Pappy was about to tell his usual werewolf stories.“This is a story about nobility, courage, passion and love.” It got her heart racing.“In the ancient times, when man and the impossible were no strangers to each other and nature was always at its peak, there was a kingdom which was the center of all normal and paranormal. The king ruled in dynasty and so much power and all creatures feared him. The witches, sorcerers, miniatures, centaurs, dwarves, and even the vampires paid homage to the Moon kingdom in which Zemo, the ruthless was their Alpha.Zemo was feared and respected by all, but few knew the secret that haunted him. He had a son, a son he had abandoned when
Althea stood tall and proud as she faced the king's council but her heart was pounding in her chest as she awaited their judgment. She knew that her love for Prince Zemo had sealed her fate. She could see the disapproving looks on their faces as they whispered amongst themselves. She took a deep breath and prepared herself for what was to come.King Nobi sat at the head of the table, his eyes fixed on Althea. "Althea, you stand before us accused of the gravest of crimes. You have violated our laws by engaging in a forbidden love affair with Prince Zemo. What do you have to say for yourself?"Althea met the king's gaze without flinching. "I love Prince Zemo with all my heart, my king. But I understand that our love is forbidden. I am willing to face the consequences of my actions."The king's council murmured amongst themselves, and Althea could feel their disapproval. She could see Prince Zemo sitting among them, his eyes downcast. She knew that he was struggling with his own emotions
Althea struggled against the ropes that bound her wrists, her heart racing as the rogue wolves dragged her deeper into the forest. She had been wandering for days, lost and alone, when they had ambushed her. She had fought back with all her might, but there were too many of them, and they had overpowered her. Now, she was their captive, and they were taking her to their pack, wherever that may be. Althea had heard tales of rogue packs that roamed the wilds, preying on the weak and helpless. She knew that she was in grave danger, and fear gnawed at her insides. As they walked deeper into the forest, Althea noticed that the wolves were becoming more aggressive. They taunted her, jeered at her, and even threatened to rape her. Althea gritted her teeth, refusing to show any weakness in front of them. She knew that if she showed fear, they would only become more emboldened.Just when she thought things couldn't get any worse, they arrived at their campsite. It was a crude, makeshift encamp
Silas was devastated to hear about his mother's illness. He had always been close to her, and the thought of losing her was unbearable. He spent every moment he could by her side, holding her hand and trying to comfort her. He had spent his whole life training and honing his skills, just as she had taught him, but he never imagined a life without her.One night, as Althea's condition worsened, she called Silas to her bedside. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes and said, "Silas, my son, I need to tell you something important. Something I should have told you a long time ago."Silas leaned in, his heart racing. "What is it, mother?""I was hard on you, Silas, because of the circumstances of your birth," Althea said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Your father is Zemo, the Prince of the Moon Pack Kingdom. When his father found out about the affair between me and his son, he banished me from his kingdom and his son even denied me. I was left to raise you on my own, with no s
As Silas approached the kingdom, he was struck by the sight of the towering walls that surrounded it. The walls were made of solid stone, with watchtowers at regular intervals that rose high into the sky. He could see guards patrolling the ramparts, their silhouettes visible against the bright moonlight. As he got closer, he noticed that the gates were open, and he could see people moving about inside. Silas hesitated for a moment, taking in the scene before him. He knew that this was a dangerous place for him, especially given his history with the Moon Pack. But he was also driven by a deep desire for revenge, and he knew that he had to press on. Taking a deep breath, he walked towards the gate, trying to keep his head down and blend in with the crowd. As he got closer, he felt a sense of unease wash over him. He could feel eyes on him, watching his every move. But he kept his composure and walked through the gates, into the heart of the Moon Pack kingdom. ……………………………………………………… S
