"Astrid, why don't you stay with us for the weekend?" Andrea asked his wife.

"I told you I have a meeting, I can't fake my dreams of being an Andrea Laureti model," the woman exclaimed.

Andrea frowned. He had married Astrid two years ago, accepted her with a beautiful son who was not his, but whom he had learned to love madly. But, the woman, despite how good he had been to her, rejected any opportunity to be involved in "business trips" and spent very little time with her. Jealousy gnawed at Andrea, because Astrid was a beautiful woman, as well as a model, he himself had promoted her worldwide to make his career worthwhile.

"I told you I can leave one of my brothers in charge of the company, and go with you to Europe, besides, we haven't spent much time together," Andrea exclaimed, holding the little three-year-old in his arms, who had begun to cry when he understood that his mother was going to leave.

"No! Astrid replied quickly. My love, please, I promise you that as soon as I'm done with the runway I'll be back.

Andrea nodded, grasping his hands, annoyed.

"Okay," he kissed her lips and walked her out of the mansion.

He was the eldest son, so he had inherited the Lauretis family's most productive company, although, with that, a lot of work and envy. His father had taught him to be strong and not to trust anyone, which is why he had many bodyguards around him.

"Take care," he said, loading her into the truck and motioning for the bodyguard to take care of her. Although he had insisted that she leave on the family plane, she wanted to leave in public. Andrea resented Astrid's way a little bit, but he loved her and always gave in to her whims.

"You and I are going to eat cereal," he said to the baby who was looking sadly at his mother's car.

He entered the house. It was the weekend and Fernando, his twin, was helping him in the company. He had arrived a few days earlier because Demetrius, his father, had sent him to help Andrea a little. Fernanda was a woman of business and friends and worked alone in Russia, but Andrea, after he had married, could not keep up with the company in the United States, which was the largest because it was one of the main ones.

She made the cup of cereal and sat on the couch with the baby. After a moment he fell asleep with his little boy in his arms.

"Hey, you're drooling at Dante. Fernando nudged him and made him react.

Andrea looked out the window, opening his eyes.

"It's night, surely Astrid has already arrived at her destination," he thought, getting up in a hurry to hold the baby to Fernando, who took it with doubt.

"This child smells like a dead man, you should change his diaper," he did the two," he covered his nose.

Andrea stuck out his finger, annoyed, and started calling his wife, desperate, but there was no answer.

"Astrid doesn't answer!" He exclaimed at the same moment he noticed on the television where they were giving the news that the public flight where his wife had boarded had crashed.

"No! He shouted, falling to his knees in front of the TV.

Two years later.

When Andrea Laureti walked into the most prestigious restaurant in America, everyone was amazed by its beauty. He had a deep gaze, his lips were closed in a thin line without expression, and his figure was domineering.

He walked around without looking at anyone, as if people were cockroaches around him.

In the distance he could see the group of managers with whom he had a meeting, so under the murmurs of the women who praised his figure, he walked there.

His gaze was so arrogant that he didn't notice the tray of drinks that one of the waitresses was carrying.

The girl was a clumsy young woman who had been hired a few days before, but she looked like she had oil on her hands. Everything fell and always where it shouldn't.

"This tray is so heavy," the redhead exclaimed, feeling her cell phone ring.

He reached into the apron of his uniform and answered, still walking to the table he was supposed to attend.

"Lucia, hello, how are you?" It's good that you call me, yes, I'm working, but we can talk," she exclaimed excitedly, at the precise moment she collided with a large body.

"Fuck! Andrea yelled as he realized a few drinks were spilled on him.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," the girl exclaimed, rising from the floor. I'll clean it, sir." He took out a handkerchief and began to wipe it.

Andrea stared at the woman for a few seconds. He was short in stature, with scattered reddish hair, a small red mouth, and amber eyes. She was beautiful, but he didn't have time to fall in love with any woman, he had a son to raise and the most important company in his charge.

"Can't you see where you're walking, insolent little girl?!" He shouted angrily. I'll call the boss of this place; do you know how much this suit you just ruined costs? He asked, trying to walk.

"No, no, sir, but you're to blame too, I was looking up at the sky as if it were a real bird and it looks like it's an insolent bird.

Andrea's cheeks warmed. Who was she to call him that?

"What did you tell me?" She asked, her cheeks pink with annoyance. His veins were shimmering loudly at that moment.

However, the restaurant's chief of staff walked up to them.

"Amber! She shouted, "You're fired!"

Amber froze, what would she do now? It was the only thing she had to live on, and surely her father and sister would throw her out of the house when they realized that she was out of work again. She had only one option, to accept to impersonate her friend, who was the secretary of the most important app company in the United States, and to be the secretary of the CEO at least until her friend was recovered.

"I hope he stays in that job a little longer," she thought, shaking off her snot from the tears she shed as she passed.
