I was furious. How dare Evanora escape? I looked for her everywhere with no success. There was this nagging feeling that Alaric and Lenora knew where she was and were hiding her.

“That woman needs to be found. None of you are resting until she’s back home,” I ordered. My guards were already moving, rushing to find her.
