Hazel woke up with the sound of the Alarm and looked towards Alan who was sleeping on the couch, she took a deep breath and sat on the bed. Alan groans and turns over at the couch as the alarm was blaring, he wasn't fully awake but when he got somewhat comfortable again, he slowly opened his eyes and sighed at the realization that it was morning again. He sat up and slowly looked over to Hazel who was sitting on the bed "Ugh.. already time for alarms.." Hazel stared at him and snoozed the alarm before getting up from the bed and making her way towards the washroom. Alan watched as Hazel got up and made her way to the washroom, he let out a small sigh as he sat there for a moment before slowly getting up and walking to his closet to grab his morning work clothes. "Hey, you going to be done there soon ? I need to take a shower too.." Hazel was washing her face when his voice reached her ears, she immediately washed her face and opened the door just to find him standing right there. Alan stepped back a bit as the door opened and was greeted by Hazel standing infront him. Just by the look on her face he could tell she was not happy at all "What's with the grumpy look early in the morning ? And I thought I was the one known for looking angry all the time." He said as he crossed his arms and leaned against the wall, looking at her. "this is how I look." she said with a frown and walked out of the bathroom. He watched as she walked out of the bathroom and rolled his eyes at her attitude "Yeah you sure do. You wake up and start the day with a frown and a pissed off look on your face every day.." "do you want to have some sort of argument right now? because everyday when I try to talk to you, you show your rude and cold side, did I complain about that?" Hazel asked and walked towards the balcony not giving him a chance to speak. Alan stood there for a moment silently not liking her comment or tone one bit before following her towards the balcony "What's that supposed to mean ? You don't like the fact that I'm rude ? Then why are you even trying to talk to me all the time in the first place ?" "because Mr. Martin I am not like you, I don't like making anyone feel uncomfortable, but you have mastered that." Hazel said and rolled her eyes. Alan was now standing next to her as he listened to her words before letting out another irritated sigh "Oh right that's how you are. You're always trying to be the polite good girl that everyone likes. But who cares about that anyway. I don't ask you to speak to me so don't get annoyed at me when I don't feel like talking." "I never got annoyed, you got annoyed just because of my expression." Hazel passed a fake smile to him and walked Inside the room again. "Do not follow me." He stood there on the balcony and watched her walk away into the room and when she told him not to follow her, he rolled his eyes "Tch.. don't tell me what to do.." He mumbled under his breath but still followed her back into the room. "Not again Alan, I really don't want to argue with you." Hazel said as she sat on the edge of the bed. Hazel watched him as he came inside the room and made his way towards the bathroom, she stared at the door until he shut it close. He stepped into the bathroom and closed the door behind him. He let out a tired sigh before stripping down to his boxers and getting into the shower to start his morning routine. ................ Hazel walked downstairs once Alan left for his office, as she made her way towards the living room she spotted her mother in law, sitting with a lady and a girl of Hazel's age. "Oh, so the queen is finally awake." her mother in law said sarcastically and Hazel stayed silent as she turned towards the kitchen. "Where are you going?" her mother in law's voice echoed making her halt on her steps. "make something for the guests," her mother in law ordered and Hazel turned towards them. "I will inform the maids." Hazel said. her mother in law chuckled and stood up from her seat, "The maids are on leave, you can do it by yourself right?" her mother in law passed a fake smile while Hazel stood there for a few minutes, and nodded before walking inside the kitchen. As Hazel was making coffee for all of them the girl who was sitting in the living room entered the kitchen gaining Hazel's attention, "So you are Alan's wife?" the girl asked and Hazel nodded. "I am Angelia, What's your name?" Angelia raised an eyebrow and passed a smile to Hazel, "Hazel," Hazel spoke. "you know what Hazel? You ruined everything. I and Alan were supposed to get married and then you jumped in his life out of sudden." Angelia said, her eyes flickering with hatred. Hazel stayed silent and stared at Angelia, "he loved you?" Hazel asked. "No he didn't, but atleast I am better than you." Angelia said and Hazel Scoffed, "That's good for you, isn't it?" Hazel said and focused back on the coffee. Angelia rolled her eyes in annoyance and walked out of the kitchen leaving Hazel alone. .............. Hazel was in the kitchen making dinner for everyone, it wasn't like she had any issues, she loved cooking. Alan arrived at the house and parked his car in the driveway. He got out of the car and walked up to the front door, opening it and walking into the house before closing it behind him As he made his way further into the house, he could hear faint sounds coming from the kitchen. Curious as to what was going on, he made his way down the hallway towards the kitchen, the sounds getting louder as he got closer. Upon reaching the kitchen, Alan saw Hazel already working on cooking dinner He stood there for a moment, his eyes landing on Hazel's figure and watching as she moved around the kitchen preparing the meal. His mind went back to the earlier morning where they had another small argument before he left. Alan continued watching Hazel for a moment longer before finally deciding to speak up, his voice laced with confusion but also a hint of surprise "Hazel... What are you doing?" Hazel flinched at the sudden voice and her hand got burnt by the pan on the stove and she hissed, "I am making dinner." Alan's eyes widened as he watched Hazel burn her hand on the pan. His initial surprise was quickly replaced with concern as he stepped closer to her. "What the hell? Are you okay?" Hazel looked at her hand which was slightly red by now. "you shouldn't have scared me like that." He moved over and gently took hold of her hand to inspect the burn, trying to assess the severity of the injury. Alan scoffed as he continued to hold her hand and examined it. He rolled his eyes at her comment and spoke with a sarcastic tone. "Oh, so it's my fault you got startled and burned yourself?" "of course it is your fault, I got startled because you appeared out of sudden." Hazel complaint. Alan led Hazel over to the sink and turned on the cold water, letting it run over her hand to help soothe the burn. He held her hand under the water for a few moments before turning it off and reaching for a towel to dry off her hand carefully. Alan rolled his eyes again as he continued to tend to her burn. He grabbed an ice pack and wrapped it in a clean kitchen towel before pressing it gently against her hand. "I did not appear out of nowhere, you were just too focused on what you were doing that you didn't notice me before," he said, trying to shift a part of the blame onto her. "You shouldn't get hurt while cooking, you idiot," he said in a somewhat chiding tone. "I am not idiot." Hazel rolled her eyes. He couldn't help but scoff once again as Hazel rolled her eyes. He looked at her with an amused expression and spoke in a slightly teasing tone "Oh really? You say that, but you just got startled to the point where you burned yourself. I'd call that an idiotic move on your part."{Third person's pov}It was 10 pm when Alan returned, Hazel opened the door for him and he looked exhausted, "Long day?" She asked as she took his blazer in her hands. Alan let out a tired sigh the moment he stepped inside, loosening his tie with one hand while the other instinctively found Hazel’s waist. “The longest.”He murmured, leaning down to press a lingering kiss against her forehead before resting his forehead there for a second longer than usual.“But seeing you at the door definitely improved my mood.” A faint smile tugged at his lips.He stepped inside fully, kicking off his shoes before looking back at her. “You okay, baby?”His brows furrowed slightly. “You look…” A pause.“Different tonight.”Not bad. Just softer somehow. More emotional.Alan reached out, brushing his fingers lightly against her cheek. “Did something happen?”His voice immediately carried quiet concern.“And before you say ‘nothing,’ remember I’m married to you.” A small teasing smile. “I know your fa
{Third person's pov}Another day...Hazel was cleaning the house when the door bell rang, she immediately walked towards the door and opened it just to witness Ema."Hey!" She said excitedly, "Hello beautiful," Ema replied and walked inside with a packet in her hand."here take it, and test it, I can't really wait to see if you are pregnant or not." Ema said excitedly and passes Hazel the pregnancy test kit. Hazel stared at the packet in Ema’s hand like it might explode. “Oh my God…” She whispered, immediately glancing toward the hallway as if Alan would magically appear out of nowhere.Ema rolled her eyes dramatically and pushed the box into Hazel’s hands. “Stop panicking and go.”“But what if it’s negative?” Hazel asked nervously.“And what if it’s positive?”Ema countered instantly, already grinning. “That would make me the coolest aunt ever.”Hazel laughed despite her nervousness, clutching the packet tightly. “You’re more excited than me.”“Obviously.” Ema crossed her arms prou
{Third person's pov}A month later...Hazel and Ema were sitting at the couch and chit chatting when Hazel suddenly said, "You know I missed my periods, I am not really sure why, But I haven't told anyone about it..." Ema, who had been casually sipping her coffee moments ago, nearly choked on it. “What?”She turned toward Hazel so fast that the blanket around her shoulders slipped down. “You missed your periods and you’re saying it this casually?”Hazel blinked innocently. “I mean… it’s only been some time, maybe it’s stress or something…”Ema stared at her in disbelief for a second before narrowing her eyes suspiciously. “Hazel.”“Did you and Alan skip protection?” Hazel immediately covered her face with a pillow. “EMA!”Ema burst out laughing. “Oh my God, that’s a yes.”She scooted closer instantly, excitement practically radiating off her. “Wait wait wait… does Alan know?”Hazel shook her head slowly. “No… I didn’t want to tell him until I was sure.”Ema’s expression softened at t
{Third person's pov}Two days laterHazel stood in front of the mirror, adjusting the sleeve of her dress while staring suspiciously at the bedroom door for the third time.Alan had been acting strange since morning. Not distant, if anything, more affectionate than usual, but definitely hiding something.Right on cue, the bedroom door opened and Alan walked in wearing a black shirt with the sleeves rolled up, looking unfairly attractive and annoyingly calm.Hazel narrowed her eyes immediately.“You’re suspicious.”Alan chuckled softly, leaning against the doorframe.“And good evening to you too, wife.”He walked toward her slowly, his gaze lingering on her for a moment before he reached out and fixed a strand of hair behind her ear.“You look beautiful.”Hazel crossed her arms slightly.“Alan.” That only made him smile wider. “Hmm?”“What are you planning?” He laughed under his breath, slipping one arm around her waist and pulling her closer.“You’ll ruin the surprise if you interrogate
{Third person's pov} Hazel sucked a deep breath as he cuffed both of her hands to the head board of the bed and stared at her with eyes full of adoration."Let me know if you want me to stop." He said and pecked her forehead, "At any moment without any second thoughts." He added.Hazel smiled at his considerate behaviour and nodded, "I will."He trailed the kisses down to her nose and then finally to her lips, he gently sucked onto her lower lip and then pushed his tongue, Asking for permission to enter. Hazel immediately opened her mouth giving him access to enter his tongue in her mouth. His tongue devoured her mouth and he finally broke the kiss when he saw her struggling to breath. He trailed the kissed down to her neck and sucked on it, leaving red and purple marks all over her neck and then he repeated the same on her collar bone. Hazel's back arched as he trailed the kisses down to her cleavage, he opened her robe, exposing her lingerie. "You are so beautiful, do you know
{Third person's pov}it was a Sunday morning, Hazel woke up and found the bed empty she frowned and wore the silk robe of her night gown and walked out of the room.the living room was empty too, she frowned and made her way towards his study, she opened the door slowly just to witness him doing something on his laptop."Good morning," He said with a smile as soon as he saw her entering his study, "Good morning, husband." She whispered and lazily walked towards him.she sat on his lap and hugged him, "It's Sunday, Why are you working today?" she asked. Alan smiled the moment she settled into his lap, one arm instantly wrapping around her waist while the other closed the laptop halfway, clearly she had just become his priority.“Mm… I was trying to work.” He corrected softly, his voice warm, a hint of amusement in it as his fingers brushed lazily along her back.“But then my wife walked in…” He leaned in, pressing a slow, lingering kiss to her shoulder, his nose brushing lightly again
{Third person's pov}Alan noticed the way her breath hitched when his thumb brushed over her lip, and a slow smirk curled at the corner of his mouth. He leaned in just slightly—close enough that she could feel the warmth of him, but not so close as to be improper. "Don't look down," he murmured,
