{Alan's pov}

"Just testing how angry you can get," My eyes narrow at her response and I walk away from there, after a while I walked inside the balcony and stood closer to her, I was now standing right in front of her, my eyes burning with anger

"You think this is a game, huh? You think I'm some toy you can try to annoy?"

"no, it is not. but if I am not hungry you can't make me eat." her voice was laced with seriousness.

Her response only angered me more, but hearing the seriousness in her voice made me slightly more intrigued

Not hungry? So you're going to sleep without eating anything? What are you, a child?!

"Please Alan, I won't die if I skip a meal." Her voice held frustration.

I look at her face, trying to figure out why exactly she is refusing to have food

"You have to eat something... What are you even trying to prove by not eating?"

"why would I prove anything? I am just not hungry." She spoke with a confused face and Walked inside the room.

My anger slowly starts to subside as I watch her walk away to the room. Seeing her confused expression makes me less annoyed and I let out a sigh. - so I am basically going to babysit her.

...........

{Hazel's pov}

I woke up just to witness Alan sleeping on the couch, - he is too big for the couch. I walked towards the couch and placed the quilt on him properly before walking inside the washroom to do my morning routine.

as I was getting ready in front of the mirror I witnessed him Looking at me throughout the mirror, but as soon as our eyes met he shifted his gaze.

I turned around and looked at you, "What am I supposed to do? like all day? at home?" I asked, my voice laced with curiosity and confusion at the same time.

"Well... You can do whatever you want. Explore the city maybe. Or go shopping." Well that's not what I meant, but that's not a bad idea tho. "with you?" I asked, of course I don't know anyone in this city.

he looked at me for a moment and pondered my question before replying "Well... I might be busy with work today... But if you want, I can tell my assistant to take care of some things, and go somewhere with you."

"it's alright You can do your work, you can accompany me some other day." I don't want to be a problem in his work, and I have plenty of time to explore the city.

he nodded his head understandingly and spoke in a soft voice, "Alright then, maybe some other day. In the meantime you can do whatever you want, alright?"

"what about the household?" I asked, looking back into the mirror.

He looked at my reflection through the mirror as I spoke. "Don't worry about that. I have maids who take care of everything. You don't have to lift a finger, alright?"

I nodded at his response before whispering, almost inaudible, "So I am supposed to get bored all day."

his voice was cold and emotionless as he spoke, "You have a whole house to yourself, a whole day and you're saying you'll get bored? You don't know how to entertain yourself? Don't be a kid." he entered the washroom.

"rude," I muttered and sat on the edge of the bed.

-Evening-

It was late noon when I heard a knock on the door, as I opened the door I witnessed my sister in law and girl with her."Hazel, she will be your makeup artist for reception." she informed and I stepped aside to let them both in.

as she came inside the made me sit in front of the dressing table and Started doing my makeup, after a few hours which felt like a decade the makeup artist spoke that it was done, I opened my eyes just to witness my self glowing. I looked gorgeous.

soon they helped in wearing the golden gown which was heavier than my own weight and left, I sat on the edge of the bed. Waiting for my husband to come, -When will be come and get ready?.

After a few minutes he entered the room all ready for the reception, yeah I was ogling over my husband. he looked like he came straight out of movie.

{Alan's pov}

I walked closer to her, my eyes studying her face. I noticed her gaze still fixed on me, her expression showing that she was quite taken by my appearance

I stop in front of her, a small hint of a smirk appearing on my face as I speak in a low voice.

"You're staring, Hazel."

"I am sorry, let's go." She spoke, I could feel she was embarrassed because I caught her. "Oh! don't be sorry Hazel," I said and forwarded my hand to walk downstairs with her.

she gladly held my hand and we both walked out of the room, walking towards the stairs we descended down, and were welcomed by a loud cheers of family and friends.

the spotlight came on us, as my sister passed a mic to me, "A very pleasant evening everyone, I am very pleased to have you all on this occasion. So This occasion is held so that I can introduce my wife to the world. Here's my gorgeous wife, Mrs. Hazel Alan Martin. We got married in private because my lovely wife Wanted it to be out moment only." as I completed my speech by thanking everyone. being a billionaire isn't easy deal.

I looked at Hazel who was awkwardly staring here and there, it was normal for her she didn't know anyone here.

soon her face turned into a bright smile as she witnessed her parents coming inside, she immediately ran towards them and hugged them, her dress seems heavy. girls can handle anything.

I followed her and greeted her parents and chatted a bit with her father.

once the function was over I stared at her, only a few guests were left. her face was laced with exhaustion i could tell. I approached her and she immediately shifted her attention towards me.

"let's have dinner." I said, my voice stern and serious.

"I am not hungry, Mr. Martin." she spoke with sheepish smile making my blood boil, why does she always tests my patience.

"are you again testing how angry I can get?" I huskily whispered near her ears and I could feel her step back, she acts strong and bold she isn't actually.

"let's have dinner then," I grabbed her hands and walked towards a table, I made her sit on a chair and signalled the waiters to serve the dinner to us.

once we were done with eating she Walked upstairs while I attended the guests who were still there.

once I was done with everyone I walked back to my room and I opened the door just to witness her struggling to open her dress, I coughed indicating that I was present in the room and she looked at me through Mirror.

she again tried to open the zip of her gown and I guess it was stuck.

{Hazel's pov}

I walked inside the room and took off the heavy jewellery from my body, I just want to wear my pajamas and through my body on the bed. this gown is way too heavy.

once I was done with removing all the jewellery I wiped my makeup off and once I was done with it, I tried to open the zip of my dress, but it was stuck.

I was trying again and again and nothing was working, my attention shifted towards the door when I heard his cough, I stared at him and then again focused on what I was doing.

"Can you help?" I asked, well I don't see any other option here.

"Me?" He was confused, what is he? ofcourse him.

"Yes! you Mr. Martin, I think it's stuck." I informed signalling towards the zip and my back and He walked towards me with slow steps.

as he stood behind me I looked at him through the mirror and he did the same, our eyes were locked. but he broke the eye contact. I immediately looked down and Felt his hands on my neck trying to open the zip.

"it's badly stuck," He spoke, and then tried again. he looked at me again through the mirror with disappointment.

but before I could understand what was happening I felt his breath on my neck and soon his lips, No! he wasn't kissing me He was trying to open the zip, but who opens the zip by teeth? not gonna lie It actually send shivers down my spine. I felt jolt of electricity in my body.

"it's done," he spoke and backed off, well his teeth actually worked. I stared at him as he walked inside the washroom and I immediately changed into my pajamas.

Are you okay? Is the baby okay?
