Grace's POV

I woke up to the sound of water running in the bathroom but I was reluctant to open my eyes, I really hate it when I'm woken against my will or someone disturb my sleep.

The soft creak of a door nearby had me opening my eyes.

Wait a minute!

Who is in my room using the bathroom?.

Am I dreaming?

I was slightly surprised by the different room am in but not to surprised when I remembered I drank too much last night.

How did I make it here?

What happened while I was out?

"Good morning Mr Hyde" I muttered softly with what I believe to be a sweet smile to disguise how much of a mess my mind is.

He remain standing by the bathroom door seemingly surprise or something. His hair was dripping water down his body and with no shame at all I trace the length of his magnificent body with my eyes, a towel hang around his waist and I couldn't help but wish the towel would slip off.

"Morning" he replied with amusement tinging his voice.

    Grace's POV I'm quite sure some drivers threw curses at me because of my murderous driving, I just couldn't keep my calm. A couple of days felt like a month, Mr Hyde is back from his trip. He was supposed to be back tomorrow but somehow he is back earlier and for which I am very happy. In no time his house came into and I didn't even bother to park the car properly before rushing into the house. A maid told me he is in his study, and that is quite unusual because he is still working instead of resting. I stopped in front of study and waited a few minutes before knocking, my hand stopped mid air when I heard a familiar voice coming from inside. I'm not supposed to be eavesdropping on the conversation but my curiosity got the best of me. I wasn't hearing clearly and to satisfy my curiosity I put my ear close to the door, still nothing.     Grace's POVThe sleeping face belonged to Lisa and I felt guilty for doing that to her, she looked around frantically trying to figure out what went wrong."What is it?" she asked puzzled."Nothing" I replied in a small voice.The floating cloud turned out to be a large bed, I was a little disappointed when I realized the beautiful beach was just a dream."Then why did you scream like there's a snake in the room?" After they let out another warning they proceeds to open the door.They were still short of the door when gunshots rang from inside the house , immediately one of the policemen in front of me went down in a soundless heap. Few bullets flew past me and I went down on my stomach with every man still standing, painful grunts beside me drew my attention to see Daniel writhing in pain.Blood was dripping out of his left shoulders."Daniel! Daniel!" I called out but he didn't respond.
