I woke up feeling dreadful that it was Monday. The weekend had flown by so quickly and the thought of going back to work was daunting. I groaned as I reluctantly dragged myself out of bed and trudged into the bathroom.

As I stood in the shower, I couldn't help but think about all the things I'd rather be doing than going to work. Maybe I could be lounging on a beach somewhere or binge-watching my favorite TV show. But no, I had to be an adult and go to work like everyone else.
