She had taken the time to curl her hair, which normally she refused to do because of how stubborn her hair was.

"So," she started, as she turned back to the window. "What made you choose this place to live? The view is really beautiful."

"It's really private I guess," he said. His free hand slipped around her hip, stroking it. The gesture made her feel things that she hadn't felt in a while. "Plus, I bought it from a friend, so I didn't need to go house hunting."

She chuckled, "oh I know. That's the reason I didn't object when Mira found our house, we bought it quickly. It's really hard to find a place, and when you do, the rent would be outrageous."

"So,you are a house owner huh?"

"It's a joint ownership, we split the bill." He simply nodded, and she stuck her tongue out at him jokingly. He placed a kiss on her forehead, taking her off guard, with a look of admiration.

"You are so responsible and put together, I find that very sexy," he smiled at her.
