My mind raced, trying to piece together a plan amidst the chaos. I had to buy time, find a way to break free from these accursed ropes. "What is it that you want?" I asked, trying to keep her engaged.

She chuckled, a sound that sent shivers down my spine. "Simple, Alpha. Your compliance. Surrender your power willingly, and your precious Luna and her friend may yet live."

I tried to use my claws to release my hold on the ropes in my hands while I prolonged the conversation. "Why are you doing this? What had they done to you?" I questioned.

Her laughter faded, replaced by a chilling seriousness. "It's not about what they've done. It's about the power they hold, the power that could change the course of history. And I intend to wield it," she hissed, her eyes burning with an eerie intensity.

I continued to work at the ropes, inching closer to freedom. Every second counted. "You won't succeed. The pack won't let you," I declared, my voice laced with defiance.
