Chapter 6

  Everyone gathered together, to listen to what Doyen had to say about Bella, and Anna's father. 

"Are you serious? A werewolf?" Anna asked. She was shocked to hear about her mother being a werewolf. "What about my father?" She asked

"Your father happens to be one of the strongest Vampires, a very dangerous one, he could vanish into thin air within a minute, and no one could defeat him, he was our greatest threat, Micheal was his name. Andrea is his son, from his first wife"

"Is this a joke?" Anna asked, looking so confused, my mother a werewolf, my father a vampire, how come me? How is that even possible, because from the little I have seen so far, both creatures are not on good terms, where does that leave me? Anna asked

"That's what we have to find out, Anna," Matt's mother said. "From the look of things, it's obvious that Andrea doesn't know yet that you are his step sister, he may begin to claim you and do what he has to do" she concluded

"Why is Andrea after me?" He needs a pure blood, a blood that hasn't been contaminated, it makes him and every other vampire stronger" Matted interfered

"He doesn't know yet that you are siblings and even when he knows, he won't care, his father's blood runs in your veins, if we keep you alive, we are dead. If Andrea gets to you, we are also dead," Doyen added. 

The stares on everyone faces staring at Anna was devastating, she became scared all of a sudden, shivering like a fish about to be killed and used for soup, she stared back at every one, knowing one way or the other she happens to be a threat to them

"What can I do?" She asked "I don't want to die yet, especially not for an offense I didn't commit" Anna said

"We can only help keep you safe Anna, buy we don't know how long we can keep you here, Andrea is going to come back, and this time, it may not be funny for everyone else." Doyen said

"Beside, your mother Bella was one of us, a very good and strong Werewolf, she was the only one capable of defeating your father, before Bella knew that she had gotten pregnant for Michael, he was already dead" Matt mother told her, she was very calm while talking, she didn't want to get Anna more scared than she was already 

"Does this mean that the people I call my parents today ain't my real parents?" Anna asked

"Whoever those people are, for no reason should you go back to them, else they will be in danger" Matt interfered 

"Who killed Michael?" Raina asked

"Bella did" Doyen replied

"What? Why would she do that? My life is a mess today because of all of this going on, and now am I the one to be blamed for everything?" Anna queried

"It was a unanimous decision" Matt mother replied

"If we hadn't done that, they wouldn't have been a wolf pack today, all of these innocent faces you see here would have been long gone, this whole village would have been runned by Only the vampires" Doyen aforesaid "Even Andrea doesn't know who killed his father, he will be raged if he gets to find out" 

"So what now?" Why am I being treated as if I am the bad person here? Why Can't I just go back to where I come from, I promise I won't disturb or make trouble" Anna suggested

"Andrea is ready to hunt you for the rest of his life if he has too, he's determined to suck every drain of your blood once you get ripened" Matt told her

"How can she get contaminated then?"  Alex asked

"Why are you talking about?" Raina asked

"If Andrea need her because her blood is still pure, then we can do everything possible to get her blood contaminated" Alex said

"Well that is also a good idea Alex, but we have to know if she's a like ya or like her father, until then we can't do anything" doyen said

"What if she's both?" Matt asked

"That is not possible Matt, she can only be one, she can't be both a vampire and a werewolf, right Doyen?" Matt's mother said. She wasn't even sure if it was possible to be both

"I haven't seen a situation where a person happens to be both a werewolf and a vampire, but that is because, such case of bella and Michael Haven't occurred before" Doyen said

"Does it mean that there's a possibility that I may be one of them?" Anna asked

"I am afraid to say that you may be both" Andrea said

"What if I don't want to be any of these? What if I just want to be human and leave my normal life, I am not cut out for any of this drama, I just want to go back home and pretend like All of this never happened" Anna cried out, she felt bad because she couldn't stand the pressure of taming both creatures in her

"Is there no way we can send her very far away, beyond Andrea's reach, where even we can't get to her, isn't it possible? Raina suggested

"Your suggestions are irrelevant Raina, you are feeling insecure over nothing" Matt barked at her

"Are you crazy? You want to risk the life of the whole pack because of one person?" Raina yelled, standing up from where she sat, she turned to Doyen, "what is she like her father Micheal? What if she's worse than Micheal? She's surely going to turn against us someday, we can't afford to take the risk" Raina said

"Have I done anything wrong to you Raina? Ever since I came here you have just been mean to me. Did I do anything wrong to you? Anna asked. She was gloomy and felt tormented over Raina's behavior towards her. 

"You don't belong here and you never will, you have no place here Anna, I don't care what your mother did to save this  pack but that is past tense" Raina said

"Enough!!!" Doyen exclaimed "Don't let your feelings for Matt over shadow your sense of reasoning Raina" he added

Raina got angry and walked out on all of them, deep inside of her she was boiling, wishing she could just dish Anna out of the pack herself, everyone could hear her groan and howling from afar
