Chapter 6

Luke woke up feeling like the day was going to be a great day. He decided it was the day he was finally going to talk to Eleanor. He had avoided her the whole of the day before, and knew about her whereabouts from the guard who he had stationed to keep watch of her from afar. He knew she hadn’t left her room, but that Claire and Leana were the only people who had walked into her room. He wondered what Leana had to say to her, why she was even going to her room in the first place. He couldn’t resist rolling his eyes as he walked out of his room, heading straight to his office.

Luke was out of his room and on his was to his office when he heard the joyful skips of Leana behind the door where both his room and Eleanor’s room were. He rushed to a corner to hide, staring at the door from that corner. Soon enough, Leana walked out with a smiling Eleanor behind her, both chatting about what he didn’t know.
