"Hey it's not fair" Jenny complained sulkily.

"Oh, my sweet baby" Selena mocked. "But you are not as smart as me right?" She said dryly.

"But we've been playing the game fairly Jenny. Only Selena has been too lucky to reach King very often" Veronica tried to reason with Jenny.

"Too lucky you say?" Selena stared unbelievably at Veronica. "It's no luck. I'm damn good at checkers".

They had served many customers until there were just a few left. Haven fell in love with checkers after being taught online, she'd decided to introduce the game to the rest of her colleagues.

The game had been interesting initially because she let herself be won but after she'd found out many others knew the game, she had revealed her true self--one who was unconquerable.
