Amy's POV

My heart almost jumped out of my chest to the question that my brother asked me. What should I say to him now? How am I supposed to explain that Damien sneaked into my room through a way that I don’t even understand, and I have nothing to do with him? What if something bad happens here? What should I do now?

“I think I asked you a question, Amy. What are you doing, and why did you lock yourself in?” he questioned again.

“You see… this isn’t what you think. I can explain what is going on here. You see, the problem is…” I tried to explain, but he cut me off.

“What are you even talking about? Why did you lock yourself up in the room and refuse to open the door?” he asked me again.

I was shocked at his words, and I looked back to see that there was no one behind me. Wait a minute. I didn’t feel his presence around me again, and how did I not know that Damien already left?

    Damien's POV I didn’t want her to come with me because the situation was very bad. I’m very much worried about her and the baby. She would get mad with only a little thing, and everything else gets her agitated. It would be bad if she was to fall into a situation that would be uncontrollable.
