Chapter 9

"We Could Talk In My Room."

He dropped his hand down, adjusting the hoodie he was putting on. "You are going to accompany me to the Blood Moon Pack. And you will have to put yourself in order because first thing tomorrow, we are leaving." He said in a cold tone.

"Yes alpha!!" I replied immediately, having my head bowed as I couldn't look at his eyes.

He turned to leave, saying no other word to me and as his heavy feet leaves heavy thuds on the ground, I felt my heart shrink the more. This wasn't the life I ever dreamed about.

The next morning I heard Regina, the breeders caretaker knock at my door. I was extremely strained to even lift myself up. Sleeping between these walls came with its own nightmares.

"How could you still be asleep when you ought to be outside already, waiting for the Alpha??" She growled at me the moment I opened the door.

My eyes were swollen as a result of the countless times I have been crying since I stepped my feet inside here.
