Moaning, my body was tired but I managed to bring myself out of sleep.
"You're finally awake," his voice said softly. I blinked several times as I tried to register where I was. The room smelled very sweet and natural."My baby!" I exclaimed as I tried to sit up but his hand pushed me back."Easy, you just had surgery," he scolded as he helped me sit up. I laid in bed, and my eyes looked around the room I was in. I'm not in the hospital?"Where's my baby?" I whispered as I rubbed my throat feeling a burning discomfort."Here," he voiced out as he held the glass close to my lips. "Drink from the straw."Staring into his blue eyes, my mouth closed around the straw and I drank as much water as I could."What are you doing here?" I stared at the huge statue that Evander had fished out of the water. It looked exactly like the same one I saw in my dream when I was drowning in the ocean. "So nothing?" Evander asked as he put his hands on his hips waiting expectedly. I slowly shook my head and gave him an apologetic look, "No, I can't sense anything. It's just stone," I shrugged and he sighed as he dropped his head. "Just stone?" He squeaked out as he kicked a rock on the ground. "She's just stone!""Maybe it needs sacrifice?" I tried and he looked up at me amused but mostly annoyed."What kind of crappy neighborhood did you grow up in? Sacrifice? No, her stone body won't crack because her soul isn't here anymore," he said as he pointed between me and the stone."Well, where is her soul?" I asked amused at how stressed he was about all of this. "It was in you, it's probably buried deep somewhere in all that anguish you keep to yourself."

"What just happened?" Evander whispered as he stared at the space where Amanah was just at. Looking at Ylil who had an unreadable expression as she held Auri in her arms, and Miall who just stared out the broken window blankly. Evander ran downstairs. Reaching where she had fallen, his steps slowed down as he looked around the courtyard. "What the?" He panicked as he looked for her. "Where is she?" He looked up where she was dropped from. "Hmm?" Ylil groaned as she looked at the spot where Amanah's lifeless body was supposed to be. "Where is she?" She gritted out as she stared at Evander. "I should be asking you! I knew you were a sketchy bitch the moment you showed up," Evander roared, pointing his finger at Ylil. "And you!" He turned to face Miall. Evander felt rage course through his veins, his heart broke for Amanah. He knew what it was like to be killed by someone you loved. "How could you do that to her?" He asked as he approached him.

Lifting me up and pressing against the wall, he grunted as he sucked on my tongue and pressed himself against me. I moaned as his hand rubbed my thigh softly, his teeth bit into my bottom lip and I pressed my chest against his. Pulling away from the kiss, Orion stared at me with drunk eyes and I believe I gave him just as a lust filled gaze. Without saying anything, he helped me down and held my hand guiding me through the alleyway. Orion would occasionally squeeze my hand and I would squeeze his back just to let him know I'm okay.
