While the alphas gathered in the grand hall to discuss strategies against Silas, the Lunas held their own parallel council in one of the sunlit reception chambers. Ruby had expected nerves, expected to feel like an outsider among women who had been born into this world, raised for it, shaped by centuries-old traditions she was still learning to navigate.

Instead, she walked in holding her notes and left several seasoned Lunas blinking at her like she’d turned the tables without even trying. Ruby sat at the head of the table, fingers laced, trying not to fidget. Dozens of eyes, sharp, seasoned, and evaluating were trained on her. Lunas from some of the oldest packs were present: austere, elegant, imposing women with confident strides and centuries of pack politics at their backs. RUBYAfter my Luna ceremony, which, nearly turned into a full-blown bloodbath thanks to that rogue ambush, I finally began to settle into the role. In the beginning, I truly didn’t think I could do it. Me? A human Luna? In a world built on claws, teeth, and instincts I didn’t share? But Ethan… gods, Ethan made it easier than I ever expected. He was the sweetest, most patient mate. Walking me through every tradition, every responsibility, every hidden rule I didn’t know existed. He guided, explained, and supported me, sometimes with words, sometimes just by standing behind me with that quiet, immovable strength that said I’ve got you.And it wasn’t just him.Jason and Liam adopted me into the pack structure like I’d always belonged there. The warriors treated me with respectful curiosity rather than suspicion. The Omegas fussed over me like I was a long-lost cousin finally returning home.I wasn’t just tolerated. I was welcomed. Whitney helped too, chaotically, loudly, and unapologetic

The gravity of the situation was such that the Alpha King himself had visited the Blood Moon Pack on the first day of the Summit. The Alpha King, standing at the head of the immense hall, finally brought the tense discussion to a close. His presence, though calm, was immense, demanding immediate obedience.“The time for individual battles and petty grievances is over,” the Alpha King stated, his voice carrying effortlessly across the vast space. “This is a war for our very existence. Every Pack, every resource, and every able-bodied wolf will be called upon.”He revealed the full desperation of the situation, he had already enlisted the help of powerful entities witches, oracles, old gods who rarely interfered, but even that wasn’t enough anymore against a threat that grew stronger with every moonrise.Silas Morrison, is a hybrid, the first in known history, born of wolf blood twisted together with something vampiric and ancient. For a hundred years he had been searching for a wa

ETHANMy eyes softened, only for her. Everyone else still felt the storm pouring off me, sharp and electric, daring anyone to come close. Damian had always been a parasite, but now he was one on my land, dripping venom with every word. And the bastard knew exactly which nerves to strike.Ruby’s hand on my arm steadied the chaos inside me. Her voice was soft, but it cut through the fury like moonlight through smoke.“Hey,” she murmured, “he’s gone.”“Not far enough,” I muttered, the words raw and carrying my suppressed fury. I wanted that fool off my land immediately, laws of diplomacy be damned.Jason cleared his throat behind us...carefully, like someone approaching a live grenade.“Alpha… the warriors are still tense. Should I...?”“No,” I snapped. Then, forcing myself to modulate my tone for the sake of the Pack, I added softer, “Stand them down. But rotate patrols. Double the perimeter. I want eyes everywhere, and I want those western gates checked every hour."Jason nodded sha

Ethan hadn’t think the council would send the Red Crescent Pack Alpha an invitation, given that they all know their history. Why would they?Damian Hayes was his oldest rival, the one Alpha he hated on a bone-deep level. But the Council didn’t need Ethan’s approval.Damian walked into Blackwood territory with a perfect smile, stating:“I am here as a representative of Red Crescent Pack for the Grand Summit, as is my legal right.”His warriors carried the council seal.Ethan couldn't challenge him, couldn’t bar him from entry and couldn’t even snarl at him too harshly without the possibility of political backlash. The Elders’ rules were ironclad. Damian knew it and reveled in it.When Damian first heard about the conference scheduled to take place on Black Moon territory, his delight was nothing short of obscene. He reacted as if he’d won a million-dollar bet he hadn’t even meant to place, head thrown back, laughter echoing through his office, startling every subordinate within earshot

  • Accidentally Claimed    ...Enter Damian

The gravity of Vanessa's warning, imminent attack, and internal spies had slammed into Ethan with the force of a physical blow. He immediately began debating whether to call off the ceremony, prioritizing Pack security and Ruby's safety above all else. He made several arrangements, ensuring defensive lines were tripled and that no strays got into the pack territory undetected. He was particularly worried because they all knew Ruby was a human and his inherent weakness. Her lack of combat training and her symbolic importance made her the primary target, which was why he was making sure he triple-checked everything, overriding several protocols, just to remain safe.Ruby, sensing the immense tension and the scale of the threat, was overwhelmed. She moved closer to Ethan, her brow furrowed, and spoke quietly. She was genuinely apologetic for not being able to help in any material way, feeling useless because she had no knowledge of combat or war strategy.Ethan instantly turned to her
