“Don’t you have a job?”
“Hmm?” My eyebrows raised, glancing at Leigh, who was busy browsing someone on a social network page.
She smiles sheepishly at me. “I mean, don’t you have other jobs? Sorry, Alex, but the one we’ll meet today -”
“Another ex?” I cut in as I shake my head and focus my attention on the road. Although I have a hint already of who we will be meeting today, I would rather let her talk about him than guess.
