The guy looked at Briana for a few minutes as if he were debating whether to bring her with him or leave her alone in the cabin. He would lock the door of the cabin from the outside, but the woman looks smart; she might find a way to escape. He can't be complacent.
"I've changed my mind. I'll bring you to the stream with me," he finally said.
Damn! Briana took a deep breath. She already lost the chance!
