Once the surrounding snakes finally scattered, blood-soaked Chris silently hoisted me onto his broad, sturdy back.

As my consciousness drifted, I plummeted into a long, vivid dream.

Before transmigrating to this world, my biological brother, William, had lost his limbs in a terrible accident.

Day after day, I had knelt before the Moon Goddess, bowing my head until my forehead bled, begging for a single miracle.

Just as I was on the brink of total despair, a burst of mechanical static echoed in my mind.

"Strong obsession detected from Host. Launching the ultimate redemption mission: Reverse the tragic fates of the three Silver Moon warriors destined to fall. Once the mission is complete, your brother will be fully healed."

Stunned, I had asked the system blindly how to achieve this redemption.

"Become their biological sister. Give them your absolute sincerity, and fill the void in their lives where family affection is missing."

A blinding pillar of light swallowed me. When I opened my eyes again, I had become a newborn Silver Moon pup.

Our parents had died in battle, and the pack was in turmoil. As an orphan, I became the pampered little sister whom my three older brothers sacrificed everything to cherish.

When I was seven years old, a rival pack kidnapped me. The three normally calm Silver Moon warriors went completely feral, charging single-handedly into the enemy camp to fight for my life.

At that moment, the system's mission progress bar in my mind leaped straight to ninety-nine percent.

But then, Victoria appeared.

It was as if she dropped from the sky, unleashing a fiercely powerful inner wolf to save Chris.

Yet while she was bandaging his wounds, she was struck by an enemy's poisoned arrow.

Filled with guilt, my three brothers took her in—an exile cast out by her own pack—and cared for her with utmost devotion.

But one day, Victoria threw herself before the three of them, covered in wounds and sobbing uncontrollably. Her tone was weak and aggrieved.

"Lady Vivian is of similar age and constitution. She is the only compatible match."

My three brothers remained silent, their faces torn with pity for me.

But Victoria suddenly produced a secret letter, claiming with absolute certainty that I was infatuated with the invading enemy Alpha and was secretly conspiring with him to betray Silver Moon and poison our pack.

Coincidentally, Victoria had also been gravely injured during that exact war.

With that, the last shred of affection my brothers held for me vanished entirely.

Ignoring my desperate pleas and resistance, they drove freezing Contract Spikes deep into my bone marrow. From that day on, I endured the agonizing pain of the Full Moon Trials in Victoria's place every single month.

The sharp, piercing memory of that pain suddenly jolted me awake from my heavy slumber.

Beside the bed, Aidan was watching me in total silence.
