Chapter 75

“What?” Noah looked at Karl when he reported that Averill had left the villa. He was not going to report it if it was just Averill but she was picked up by Kieffer .

Noah took his phone and checked for messages. He sighed when he saw two missed calls from Averill and a message saying that she needed to attend a charity ball this evening with Kieffer. A charity ball that she used to attend when she’s still an actress.

“She informed me,” Noah said to Karl and his secretary nodded. He swiped his tablet for the next report though he’s really not sure for the reasons why Noah wants this one.

“Are you sure you want Ms. Yanna to marry John Hulson? My brother is a bit… ehem, he’s violent and obsessive,” Karl mentioned and it was no news to Noah’s ears. It was something he deliberately thought about before sending the woman to jail.

He will make her pay in jail but not today, not yet.

“Clear my schedule for tonight,”

“But you are needed in the investment meeting with foreign delegates,” Karl i
