Who had the defendant killed?

Miron's story

John Maxwell came frightened through the benches right to the witness box, looking in all directions as if waiting for something to happen to him. I was really sorry to know him like that, to look at him and see that he has no defense.

The fear was also that he had not seen the light of day in years, the taste of freedom probably since he entered that hospital. Of course, there were walks in the hospital yard but it was not the same.

Like scared, he took the oath and took his seat. Again the defense had no questions. I can say that we were lucky that the lawyer didn't know the people and thus the time was shortened and it could only be in our favor.

  • John, please tell us, who you are most afraid of?
