Adrian's POV.

The guard's words got Lincoln to stop kissing me but he didn't get off me, and he still held my hands tightly in place. "What is it, Andrew?" He snapped at the guard who spoke.

"You're hurting her, boss." The guard replied, pointing to me. I had stopped crying but was still sniffling, my face must have been red and so were my eyes.

Lincoln returned his eyes to me and I watched as they softened, but the deal had been done. He gently released my hands and got away from my body, "I'm sorry." He apologized.

I ignored his apology and stared at my already red wrists because of how hard he handled them and tears wailed in my eyes again. "Let me go," I told him as calmly as I could with my eyes fixed on my wrists.

"Adrian, I said I'm sorry, I don't know..... I don't know what I was doing...... I just... Please just listen....."

I turned to him abruptly and yelled angrily, "I said let me go!" And my tears spilled.

"The door is opened." His guard
