I see the shock on Juliana and Shawn's faces, but then I notice the look on Alex's face, which makes me question if I should have said it like that. But then, when I look at Champ, I see why the look was on Alex's face. He is staring at me like I have three heads. Does he not remember?

"I'm sorry... I shouldn't have yelled it out like that." I am not sure if I am telling him that or me. He sets his cup on the bar and turns back to me, but the look on his face is different. He walks toward me, and I see Alex tense up. When he is in front of me, he grabs me, hugging me and lifting me off the floor. The tears break loose and roll down my face as I wrap my hands around his neck.

"Don't be sorry. I didn't know what you knew and didn't know. I didn't want to ask you in front of everyone. It's good to have you back, Lil sister."

"So now I'm in third place. This sucks." Juliana says, but I hear the humor in her voice even though I can also hear she is crying by the sound of her voice. W
