Chapter Nineteen

Runa arrived back home around eight am. She yawned as she quietly opened the door and walked in. She then looked up as arms wrapped on her thigh. “Runa where were you? I thought you left me.” Ryan said, almost like he was going to cry at any moment.

“I was with Ms.Erica.” She smiled but soon stopped when she soaked in what Ms.Erica said last night. She needed answers.

Standing back up she walks in the kitchen and sees a very moody Alex, a stern glare on her back. “And where were you?” He asked.
