Alessio:

“I told you, she didn’t die.” I said, looking my father in the eye. He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose before looking out the window.

I didn’t even understand how Vadim believed that it was her, but I knew for fact that it wasn’t her who was in that car. Whoever that girl was, I had to admit that Valerie was stronger than even I thought that she was.

“And considering that you confirmed it, why didn’t you confront them with the fact? You chose to actually stay quiet about it.” Dad said, looking at me. I looked out the window and shook my head. Her dying right now would have been easier punishment for the two of them, and that wasn’t something that I wanted. Plus, if she believed that she was going to be having a peaceful life now that she was ‘hiding’ then she was very wrong.

“Just like you did,” I stated, and he nodded.

“Point taken.” He said, and I shook my head before pulling my phone out of my pocket. Things would have been a lot easier if she just accepted

Alessio caught her scent, simple as that! But Alessandro needs to help Valerie and Danielle equally and treat them both as true fated mates. I think that would shut down any thing that the elders might say.
