Sienna:
My heart raced as we arrived at the Estate, or in other words, the pack’s grounds.
The fear and nervousness of what was to come started eating me, and though I could tell that Alpha Arturo was trying to calm me down, somehow at least, I couldn’t help but feel myself grow more anxious with each passing minute.
The car came to a stop in front of the front door, and opening his door, the driver rushed to my side, opening the door for me as a bodyguard opened the door for the Alpha.
Arturo walked toward me and nodded in assurance. The fact that I would be the only wolf among a pack of Lycans scared the life out of me. These people could easily kill me alive, and just thinking about that made my heart drop to my stomach as I took a step forward.
“No one is going to hurt you, Sienna.” Alpha Arturo assured, his voice softer than it had been, even on the plane when he offered me a drink. I had to admit, at first, I hesitated, thinking that he might end up killing me, but not smelling any poison in the drink, I was thankful for the cold liquid as it traveled down my throat.
He wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me toward the door which was wide open, revealing a bunch of people who seemed to be either excited or curious. I hadn’t met anyone from their pack, and therefore, I wasn’t at all sure of how things would be going when I did.
He looked down at me, and I couldn’t help but feel my heart swell at the gentleness of his gaze. His sudden change of demeanor the second we were out of the perimeter of Italy confused me, and though I didn’t know whether it was him playing me, trying to earn my trust, before he got rid of me or if it was him being genuine, I couldn’t help but feel thankful for it.
The two of us entered the house, and catching the different scents around me, my wolf felt somewhat threatened. Thankfully, she held her grounds well as I stood tall and strong beside my ‘husband’. The word alone scared me, especially since I didn’t really know the consequences behind it.
Screams and claps filled the room the second we walked inside, and it literally took everything in me not to run out of the house. Probably sensing my sudden fear, Alpha Arturo tightened his arm around me, taking me by surprise, as he gently rubbed his hand up and down my lower back, comforting me. I nodded at him, thankful for that, and it wasn’t until a blonde woman approached us that the Alpha removed his arm from around me as he hugged her tightly.
“My brother is finally married.” She said, smiling at him. He smiled and cupped her cheeks, kissing her forehead before he pulled away smiling at her. I wrapped my arm around myself as I watched them in silence.
“How are you, Valeria?” He asked, chuckling when the woman wrapped her arms around him again. He put her hand on her stomach when she pulled away, rubbing it gently, and I smiled at how gentle he was being with his sister. “How is my little nephew coming along?”
“We are both very well, thank you.” She said before turning around to face me. “I am so sorry for my rudeness. You’re the bride here.”
“Hello.” I said, smiling at her. My cheeks reddened at her welcoming behavior and she smiled, pulling me in for a hug.
“Welcome to the family, Sienna.” She said, looking at her brother. “I hadn’t met you before today, but I am sure that our days would be long and we would be getting to know one another more and more as days went by.”
“I am counting on that. The wedding happened in a rush that we seemed to miss out on a lot.” I said, and she nodded.
“You know how the elders are. But as long as you two are here and safe now, I am assuming that you have a few things to tend to together. So, we can have our conversations and get to know one another moments later, yeah?” She asked, and I nodded. Alpha Arturo shook his head at his sister, but he also knew that she was right, and wrapping his arm around my waist again, he pulled me toward, I assume, his bedroom.
He opened a door, and I couldn’t help but find my cheeks reddening at the fact that I was now in a man’s room. Being as isolated and well guarded as I was, this was the first time I entered a room with a strange man, especially considering that it was HIS room. The men who entered my room back at the pack were either my father, or the bodyguards who would be assigned to take me from my bedroom to school or university, and back. I wasn’t even allowed to go out without them thoroughly checking my bags for anything that I was not allowed to have, without bothering to respect the fact that I could actually have pads or any personal belongings in that bag.
Alpha Arturo stood in front of me. His eyes meeting mine and giving me a gentle smile, he ran his finger over my cheekbone, his movement somewhat assuring, calming even, making my heart swell.
He lowered his hand down toward my waist, gently squeezing it before asking the one question that I didn’t expect him to ask.
“Are you sure that you’re ready for this, Sienna?” He asked, his tone so soft and gentle that a crying baby would have calmed down. “I am more than willing to give you a few days to mentally prepare yourself for this.”
“Alpha…”
“Arturo, Sienna.” He said, stopping me. “Within the walls of this bedroom, my name is Arturo.”
“Our duties say that we must do this.” I said, looking down at his chest, avoiding his eyes.
“Then strip down for me and prove to me that you are ready, and willing to do this.” He said, making my heart race. “I do not force myself on a woman, and I will not touch you until you have given me your full consent.”
His voice was above a whisper as he spoke, leaning in, making my heart race faster than it already was. My body felt like it was on fire, and it wasn’t until our breaths mixed that I felt myself losing my self control for the ecstasy of the moment.
“You have two seconds to pull away, neonata…” he whispered, his hot breath hitting my face as I closed my eyes.
He stopped, waiting for me to step back or move away from him.
I didn’t.
Instead, I pushed my lips against his, connecting them as I kissed him…
She smiled as she watched her husband walking out of the house, holding their daughter in his arms.It has been months since Sienna has given birth, and she couldn’t be happier with her relationship with the Alpha of Alphas. He was the Lycan that everyone feared, and yet, he was her savior, her love, her passion, and her desire. He smiled when he took sight of her before approaching her slowly. “Are you okay?” He asked, watching as his daughter went to her mother, wanting to be held by her. Contasina giggled as Sienna wrapped her arms around her, holding her to her chest before she kissed her.“I am fine. I just needed some air.” Sienna said, looking up at the sky. Today marked her mother’s birthday, and though Arturo didn’t know about it, he could tell that something was wrong with his mate. She would rarely ever open up about her mom. In her mind, she feared that speaking about her wouldn’t do her justice, and she was thankful for the fact that no one ever pressured her to do som
Sienna:I screamed as loud as I could as I tried pushing my baby out of me.“Come on, Luna, you can do it.” Valeria encouraged as she held my hand. I took deep and slow breaths as I tried fighting off the cramps which seemed to be tearing my insides out. My heart raced, and I knew that my mate could feel my pain, that didn’t make things any better though. The man was probably outside losing his mind as his father and two betas stopped and held him down.“Come on, Sienna, you can do it.” Ayla said, massaging my shoulder as she dabbed a wet cloth to my sweaty forehead. “Can’t I just get up and walk?” I asked, taking deep breaths as I waited for the next contraction. “If the baby can come out as I am laying, I am sure that it would just slip down when I’m walking… FUCK!” “You need to push, Sienna, just keep pushing.” Valeria said, choosing to ignore my question. I glared at her and forced myself to push one more time, my body feeling like it was set on fire as I waited for the pain to
Arturo:Six months later:I walked around the garden with my beauty who was holding her stomach as our baby kicked.I couldn’t help but smile at the feeling of contentment that I was having for her being around me the way that she was.The happiness that I felt was one that I knew I couldn’t describe and I couldn’t help but feel like my heart skipped a few beats as I recalled the two of us getting married and dancing on the dance floor in front of everyone who was watching us on our wedding day.Flashback:“Put a smile on at least, people are watching us.” I said, catching her attention as she looked down at my chest. I knew that she was careful not to step on my foot, but looking up at me, she raised an eyebrow.“I do believe that they are all aware that the two of us are nowhere near being lovers, why have to fake it?” She asked as I twirled her before pulling her closer to my chest. I wrapped my arms around her, her back was to my chest, and resting my chin on her shoulder, I kisse
Sienna:I lay on my bed as I tried to calm my racing heartbeat, thinking about everything that happened in the past few weeks.I had to admit, it seemed to me like I was the one who actually paid the price of everything that happened, mostly because I could tell that everyone was happy with the ‘achievement’ that we have managed to do. However, to me, it just seemed like a heavy weight had settled on my shoulders, and now, I really didn’t know how to get rid of it.Arturo opened the door without needing to knock, I knew that he was well aware that I wasn’t moving, meaning that I was either sitting on the couch or laying on bed. He sighed when he took sight of me before slowly approaching. He didn’t say a word, he didn’t need to, as he wrapped his arms around me, pulling me in for a hug. I purred in response and curled up in his arms, thankful for his presence. In my head, our relationship was the only thing that I have managed to gain out of this conflict. If anything, I knew that it
Arturo: “So, that explains it all.” I said, looking at dad who nodded. We were all sitting in the living room as I filled him in on what happened during the time that he and mom were gone. “I take it that the two of you are now in charge of two packs, and one of them has no elders.” He said, raising an eyebrow. “This one is the one by blood and family, but how do you guarantee that they wouldn’t end up rebelling? You know that with no elders, and with you residing here, it would be almost impossible for us to keep under control.” “Agreed, but that is a whole other story that I want to discuss with Sienna later. I need to get her opinion on this first before opening up about anything, but I would be letting you know about what we decide. Considering the fact that the pack is hers by blood, I don’t want to double cross her as well.” I said, looking at mom who nodded. Sienna was in the bedroom. She needed to rest a bit, and I wanted her to calm down before the two of us got to talki
Sienna: I smiled at my husband as the two of us went back to the pack. The fact that he was more than willing and open to sacrifice a lot for me only made me admire him more than I already did. The man did not only help me get back what was mine, but he also stood up to those who took it from me, and that was something that I knew that I couldn’t have done for myself. “Thank you for today, Arturo.” I said, catching his attention. He frowned in confusion before turning to face my blushing self. However, I couldn’t contain what I was feeling toward him. The way he spoke to me, and the way he stood up to the elders for me. His softening tone when his eyes would meet mine, all that played in my head like a beautiful scenario that I couldn’t escape. “Baby girl, I didn’t do anything for you to be thanking me for. If anything, I would have done a lot more, but I knew that pushing you to more limits would only make you a lot more nervous than you already were.” He said softly. “Arturo,
