I stormed off before Axel could see how red I was from his comment. To be honest, I wanted to cave in to his request, but I also wanted our first time to be the time we complete the mate bond. 

I heard his footsteps coming after me, so I quickened my steps. However, since his legs were longer, he was able to catch up to me very quickly. 

"Rosalind," he said, poking my back. 

I ignored him and kept walking. I was still too shy from what he said earlier on. 

"Rosie," he gently pulled on my hair this time. 

I sighed and quickened my steps once more.
