Chapter 7

Daisy was finally taken out of the cage by Shanaya. It’s nice to be out of that cold wet pit and to feel the warm daylight shone on her again.

But her heart beat faster each time she remembers her status, a slave. The reason she was taken out of the cell for the second time in a week remained unknown to her. It better not be another round of torment. She followed Shanaya quietly like a humble loyal servant.

They finally reached their destination as Shanaya pushed a door in the quarters open.

"Eloise, is the slave bath ready?" Shanaya asked and a lady of Daisy's age showed up from the curtains. Her eyes pinned Daisy. It isn't hate nor love.

"Yes, Shanaya, the slave bath is ready. She can come in" Eloise replied and Daisy finally understood what is going to happen. They are to bath her and she found it funny that maids would bath a slave.
