“Kane,” I spoke in his mind the moment I ported back into the house, “computer room.”

“Is that an order, Alpha?” he asked me and yawned.

“Trust me, you want in on this,” I said to him.

Kane didn’t answer me but I knew he’d meet me. He was loyal when it mattered and only gave me shit about things that didn’t matter. When it came down to it, Kane always had my back and I wanted him with me when I did this.
