Alessia's POV

It had barely even registered to me that Alpha Trevor had actually given the hint about the upcoming attack because he wanted to test our strength and ability to handle sudden pressure.

By the looks of it, we managed it pretty well. We were able to protect Alpha Liam's pack. I have had a lengthy talk with Ezekiel about the upcoming possible attacks and him going to the great library. It was one of the most important matters in our life. The curse will either break us apart or bring us closer. He said there might be consequences and we need to be ready.

I was upset for the next two days until Ezekiel surprised me with a date in his pack's secret glass garden. No one is really allowed there as his dad had built it for his mom. Once in a while, his dad takes his mom on a date. It is a sacred place for them. As Ezekiel was their only son, he was the only one who had access to it.

He never took anyone and thought this was the right time to cheer me on. We spent quite an hour
