Alessia’s POV“I think we should stop”“What do you mean?” my heartbeat increased as he got up from the bed stark naked as the day as he was born.He started putting his clothes onI got up from the bed in hurry only to his pain as he had claimed my body in every way possible. “ugh” I groaned in pain a I fell down. I looked up at Oliver. He did not even bother to look my way or had the decency to help me. Nevertheless, I still got up and walked towards him “Don’t do this. You promised to be with me Oliver” Tears spilled down my cheeks as he avoided looking into my eyes.“Oliver” I shook him lightly.“What?” he snapped angrily as he glared at me.“How can you be selfish?”I gasped at his tone. This is not my Oliver. “Do you want me to die like the rest of your mate’s?” his eyes glared daggers in my direction.“You were not like this” I muttered. He smirked as he scanned me and that was the time, I felt cheap with the way he looked. MY hands tried to hide whatever they could of my bo

Alessia’s POV“What happened?” mom and dad walked out along with our guest who looked equally surprised.Getting up, I said “I encountered an unpleasant guest who has not changed one bit” “Alessia, apologize. That’s rude” dad chided me in a stern voice. My mouth dropped open at his order.“Dad, he started it” I pointed at Ezekiel who pretended to look innocent.I narrowed my eyes at him when he said “I merely did what you asked me for” “I asked you to leave me, but you dropped me instead” I said out loud so my parents could hear as well.“What exactly happened here?” It was Luna Ashley who gave us both a curious look. Before I could say anything, he interfered “Mom, she could not even carry herself in that gown. I was there at the right time to stop her from falling” Shrugging his shoulders as if it was not his fault, he continued “She asked me to leave her and so I did”“That was not very gentlemanly of you” his mom did not look pleased.“Alessia sweetie has dressed for us. You sh

Alessia’s POV“She is no one important. So, ignore her” before I could take a step further he added “It was my dad’s request. I had to obliged to get her in my car” he explained. Calm down, Alessia. You know the true nature of this relation. You are chosen mates. There is nothing wrong if he seems to be least interested. Squaring my shoulders, I stepped inside. The ten or so members who were present turned to me.There was one girl who stood up with a glint of dislike in her eyes. Great, not even a day and I already have someone who dislikes me.“Who are you?”“Were you invited?” She looked the same age as me. With her brunette hairs, she was a definite beauty. Her gaze was sharp as she took me in. As if measuring my worth to be Ezekiel’s chosen mate.“Hi, I am Alessia Romano” I looked towards Ezekiel. He was casually sitting on the sofa and not bothering to introduce me. Fine, this is how it is going to be.“I am Ezekiel’s chosen mate. If you were not informed before, I got an invite

Alessia’s POVEzekiel can be sneaky as fuck. What was all that about? He left me at the back of pack house a hot mess. Why would he even say something like that? I thought he was not interested in me?Looks like he is attracted to me but does not want to keep a relationship because he is not interested. He does not want to get attached. One thing I am sure about is that he is a playboy. Not even chase can hold a candle to him in that way.Make sure my appearance was okay, I went back to the pack house. Some of the old ladies were watching me with knowing looks. Ignoring their looks, I stepped inside.“Alpha is in serious mode today” my best friend Emma informed.“Is that so?” I frowned. “I am not sure why though” I murmured with an unsure look.“Let me find out” saying that, I went to dad’s office. I knocked and wait for them to bid me entry. Even though I am his daughter, sometimes it is not good to just walk in if he is in an important meeting. I have learned one important thing as

Alpha Ezekiel’s POVI was in a bad mood as it is. The moment we reached the pack, I decided to go for a run. I was not in the mood to even look at dad right now. He had spoiled everything for me. What he did today was way out of line. “Ezekiel where are you going?” mom stops me as I was about to go towards the woods.“My wolf needs a run” I replied in a cold voice even though mom was not at fault.“Ezekiel, have you forgotten your manners?” dad snapped at me.I turned to face him “Do you realize what you have done today?” my voice held barely controlled anger.“We could have lost the chance to have their support, had I not stepped in. Both of us know that Alpha Alex would have cancelled the agreement today itself” I said calmly. To calmly for my liking.“Come on, nothing would have changed. All of us know your liking towards that cursed girl. Of course, it is not missed by her parents as well” he smirked.“Cedric, stop with the gloating” mom snapped at him.“Do you even want to see y
