Chapter 23 - Umiko

I am on my third day watching Fenriz working, and I have to say that each day is different from the next. Not only when it comes to his business dealings but problems with the pack as well.

We’re in his office at the moment because right now, there seems to be a scuffle between two Omegas; one has said that a certain she-wolf is his mate, while the other states that he claimed her already. Fenriz says he doesn’t usually deal with infighting like this, but the female is from a prominent family within the pack, so he has to be the one to sort it out.

“Carina, you need to explain this to me. Both of them cannot be lying about this,” Fenriz says, leaning against his desk while the three of them are standing in front of him. I am sitting in his chair and watching the entire thing.

The girl, Carina, shakes her head. “I don’t understand it either, Alpha; I had mated with both of them and felt the Mate Bond Anchor when they claimed me. But surely the Goddess could not have mated me to two?”
