Yuna's POV

He laughed. He burst into fits of laughter and stood up from his place. It was a pleasant laugh or scary one but the one laced with hurt and sadness.

He wanted to cry and scream, but he loved me too much to do any of it. And I knew that. Which made me more guilty and heartbroken. I do not deserve him.

The Astrid I know and the Astrid before me had one thing in common — they loved me to the point that they would peel their skin off to prove their love, they would rather hurt themselves than hurt me.

But this Astrid was angrier and possessive. He had a short temper and would not be able to control his anger like right now. He kept punching the wall until his knuckles started bleeding and he kept doing it while I helplessly cried.
