Maya felt refreshed after the run. All she needed now was a hot bath, fresh clothes and some warm food to give her the willpower to square out things with Killian. She picked a towel and was headed to the bathroom when Killian waylaid her. One moment he was not there, the next minute he was in front of her. She almost toppled over.

"You did not even apologise for almost knocking me over." Maya accused.

"I asked you a question Maya, don't play games with me. Whose scent is that on you?" Killian repeated, loudly this time.
