As our journey went by, Bonine decided to climb a mountain. I did not know its name, nor was I interested in it. I only knew that we would find the silver wolf pack in these lands. 

"Aren't we in constant fear to find more evolved infected here?" I asked because it was true. We do not know whether thick forests contain big numbers of infected; I know they like the shade and coolness of forests. They most likely travel there on their own.

"I do not think so. Humans did not have access to this forest before. A guardian deity protected it. However, it disappeared right after the disease. It is most likely dead. Despite their overwhelming strength, they are the ones that suffer the most from any unfortunate change that happens to the world," explained Bonine.

"But wouldn't they travel here avoiding the scorching sun?" inquired Jake.

"Most likely not. The infected act was most likely as their living version. Using that knowledge, they will choose to stay
