"I am sorry. I dropped the plates by mistake." Scarlett gritted through her teeth, looking at me.

For the first time since we met, I saw anger in her eyes. Her eyes were flaming, she had a sinister look in her eyes. The way her eyes narrowed in anger, and her fingers clenched in a fist, anyone could tell how furious she looked.

My belly painfully twisted when her gaze stayed on me for long.

"Are you okay, Scarlett? You look in pain." Theodore held my hand in concern, and I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath, shaking my head as I forced out a smile.

"I am fine. Your child is mischievous and really terrorial. Just like its father and mother. Doesn't appreciate anyone's gaze on me." I said, speaking the last part out loud, looking briefly at Scarlett, who immediately lowered her gaze.

She dropped the plates when she saw Theodore kissing me. She was glaring at me since Theodore wrapped his arms around me. She had been shooting daggers at me since then.
