Alonso's POV

Edna had been planning non-stop and all I wanted to do was sleep here in this guest house and spend the next three days there. Of the four days of vacation here, one day has passed. Edna wanted to go to this thing humans call a movie theater and then, after that she wanted to have a nice dinner.

I didn't stop her. I told her that she could go if she wanted to go but she insisted that we go there together. I hated it but had to. I cannot have her father write to my father again.

I am the Alpha King but I hate how I am now being a puppet in this issue. If my father gave John Adams his word, then why am I suffering to fulfill it? This is insane and unfair. But as a Royal, I don't get to have many choices. I absolutely hate this feeling more than any other thing.

There is a knock on the door and I know it's Edna. It's just us both here anyways. I don't answer her. The door is open so she can let herself in if she wants. And... she does. She walks in.
