Chap-53* I Am Awake*
Octavia’s POV:
After I have passed out, I came to find out that Desmond didn’t do anything to me. He practically left the room and then never came back. It was when I had finally woken up and asked the maids about his whereabouts that I found out he slept in the guestroom.
“Icy?” I called for her, feeling light weighted. My body still had wolfbane in it so I was weak. I wasn’t going to let Desmond get away with what he did last night.
I just needed to know from Hope what he had been telling her about me?
“Icy!” I called for her again but obviously, with the amount of wolfbane he had made me ingest, she wouldn’t wake up anytime soon. I was forcing myself to walk around and get ready to meet up with Hope when I fell asleep once again on the couch.
“Wake up!” I heard Desmond’s grunting voice but the dizziness didn’t allow me to open my eyes to his existence.
