Caleb and I swung our heads toward Eldric while screeching in unison, “What? How?”

Staring into the distance, he nodded very slowly, lost in thought, “A witch.”

Caleb frowned in confusion, “I thought you said we burned all the witches loyal to Derek’s regime.”

Glancing at him, Eldric answered, “Not them. She’s someone else. Old, powerful, cunning. Air is her element, and her expertise is to track scents…even if they’re decades old.”

Never mentioned that she lives in the hostel...... It's an apartment...in a private building...which is on the walking distance from her university...and the accommodation is covered by her scholarship. Hope this helps (^_^)
