HARLEY

I don’t know where Juliet is and I didn’t care. I left home early this morning not to see them, so I had no answer to his question.

Before he could ask me again, the door of the classroom open and a familiar figure strode in sluggishly.

“Present sir,” it was Juliet. She looked haggard and unkept. Maybe she woke up late and had to do the dishes this time.

I’m so happy, that I was just laughing in my head.

“Are you just coming in by this time?” The gym teacher raised his wrist watch and looked at it, before returning his eyes at Juliet.

“Soory, sir.”She replied, her eyes weak, she walked to seat beside Matt but stopped, “I forgot to wake up early.” She mumbled, with a raised and confused brow, she walked over to sit beside me.

Her space was already occupied and Matt wasn’t pleading with his eyes that she could not seat with him this time around.

“Get to your seat now!” The gym teacher quarried even when Juliet was already seated beside me.
