While Damon and his mother were conversing and talking about different subjects, a maid knocked on the door and said, "Madam, The arrival of the guest that you were anticipating here."

Accalia gave a questioning look to Damon, who responded with a nod and then commanded, "Show her the way here!"

After being given the orders, Maid immediately left and took Patricia all the way back here.

Before leaving, she turned around and said, "There you are, Miss Patricia."

Patricia laughed and said, "Like I didn't know all the way here!"

Patricia opened the door and went inside without knocking after the maid had left without saying anything.

Damon and Accalia thought that it was odd to come inside before knocking on the door. Did she not understand the most fundamental of manners, or was she purposefully trying to anger them?
