"Wolf's bane!" Professor Harold's shout brings me out of my thoughts and I find myself sitting with Tessa and Tristian on my side.
I don't know when my thoughts drifted away towards the idea of the fifth bloodline.
"For the enemies, it is a weapon. For our species, it is poison." Professor Harold holds a flower in his hand.
Wisteria. I have no experience with it, but I heard tales of how it burns our skin like acid, pulling out the flesh.
"And do not live under the concept that your bodies will heal after it burns your skin. Wolfsbane has a prolonged effect on our body, inhibiting the healing chemicals and slowing down the process. So it may take weeks to heal from the touch of Wolfsbane. Maybe even months, if you don't have a strong system."
