Chapter 10
A week has passed since my recovery. Bedrest never felt more relaxing since it saved me from Tristian and his partner Peter's presence. Boys can't walk into girl's dorms,so are the rules of the academy.
But the days went by thinking about Alex. Tessa and I tried to contact him but he was nowhere to be found after the day we threw a huge bomb of information on him.
I hope he's fine. He deserved to know, but something inside me stopped me from telling. Since it's not his burden to take.
A part of me feels bad for Tessa too since she entered all of this mess because of my plan to run away in the first place.
"Come on,Cinn. I would have come to this Academy anyway. It's not your fault." Tessa speaks out, her hands flipping through some chef book pages.
I frown.
"For how long are you listening to my thoughts?" I ask.
