ELEANOR

It was cold, I stared blankly at my reflection in the mirror while I rested my head against the stone wall. My hands clutched my knees firmly, chapped lips unable to move.

In my reflection, I could see my skin glowing brightly. The absence of those gruesome scars I've grown so accustomed to had sent the fear of god right through me, and for some reason I couldn't accept it.

I longed for them, longed to be a normal werewolf. Hell, I even dreamed I could be just a normal human being one day. Simply living my life in blissful ignorance of curses and wolves.

But unfortunately, this is my reality.

My world, a place I could never escape from.

I focused only on things such as breathing and blinking, desperate for a distraction. Something...Anything that can temporarily remove me of this world I'm trapped in.
