That night, Amy earned herself a golden pass to sleep snug between her parents.

The nanny had warned them gently, with a knowing smile, “If you let her sleep with you now, she may never want to go back to her own room.”

But Dante didn’t care.

He had already missed the first three years of Amy’s life. He wasn’t about to miss another moment not if he could help it. If his little girl wanted cuddles, then cuddles she would get.
