Airen's POV It wasn't hard to avoid Johnathan. I was the Maid of Honor, after all, I had plenty to do. Mom was watching James so I had one less thing to worry about during the reception. Johnathan's POV I smelled them before I saw them. Vampires. Before I could do anything, Airen tensed in my arms. She was looking at something over my shoulder and I could see the fear in her eyes. Johnathan's Pov I did not sleep well. Between being restless over the separation from my mate and Morte being restless over vampires being within 100 miles of our mate and son, it was a long and uncomfortable night.
