The competition was only four days, but usually lasted a week. Giving the competing pack time to socialize with each other before they all dispersed. Still it wasn't like one couldn't leave immediately if they wanted to. Elsa spent the night at the infirmary with the unconscious Logan. Forcefully sending the kids who wanted to stay with her back to her rooms. There was a heavy feeling weighing on her chest as she listened to the continuous beeps. Fortunately Rain had sent a witch to heal his injuries which were almost all gone. The nurse said he was still unconscious because of physical stress. As if it was meant to be a warning. Elsa who had been previously badly shaken went down with a serious fever. Still she didn't forget to put the kids under lockdown and banned them from leaving the building. The incident affected almost half of the packs present. The matter wasn't one bit small since there was a protective barrier casted on the competition ground which kept out unauthorized persons. Either the person had a strong witch who could create a hole in the barrier which allowed entrance, or the killer was an insider and was infact among them. A disgrace. She seemed it. Greta has the ability to absorb the energy of nature, shaping it into any form she wills, it was a rare and fiery ability. Elsa was mesmerized as she watch tiny specs of purple light gather at the tip of her finger nails. Slowly if grew into a palm size ball, slowly expanding until it was almost the size of a fully grown human head. Her expression soon turned into dread as the surrounding air started to sizzle, as if warning her of it's danger. "

"Shouldn't they be trying to catch the killers?" "Only the top twenties participated in the first competition, the blood battle will have every single packs in participation, each eager to increase their rank so as to earn more benefits. Not much people would care about the threat." "So the blood battle is in less than a month?" Elsa asked. "That means I have less than a month to train if I want to participate." She thought about what her mother said about the possibilities of her powers growing to the extent she would be able to handle ten average wolves. But then looking at the people she would want to compete. No doubt every single one of those Luna's could not be taken lightly.
