"I am curious about one thing?" Xavier murmured. Erica hummed, urging him to continue his question. "Last night...the guards said that they never saw anyone leave the building but you..." he trailed off, reluctant. Their relationship was so fragile and the moment was so delicate, he did not want to break the bubble, to break this delicate thread. However, the thought had suddenly occurred and he believed in clearing the air and Erica had already opened up about herself a little.
He realized that Erica had not responded. She had neither pulled away from him. He looked down but he couldn't see her face as it was still tucked under his chin. She was even resting one of her hands on his thigh which...for some reason Xavier hadn't noticed until then. His wolf purred and he couldn't even ask him to shut up because his heart skipped yet another beat at this gesture of hers.
"I think...I teleported?" Erica's reply ceased any other thoughts

Erica Was the text too forward? she thought as she stared at the screen as if staring at it would make Xavier reply to her message. But she had debated as to how she should formulate the message and finally the message she just sent sounded perfect then. She smacked her forehead and plopped back on the bed. Sundays were supposed to be fun-days but the word had decided to escape from her life the moment she had stepped into this campus. Her train of thoughts was interrupted by a loud banging on the door before it was flung opened unceremoniously. Lana marched in, "It's 10 in the morning, today is the first Sunday none of the three of us are doing anything so get your butt moving and freshen up we are going to visit the town", her order did not leave any room for argument so ERica just nodded and hurried to the washroom. It's true that this was the first time all three of them were free. It has already been one and a half month. How time flies, she sighed before turning on the shower.
