“What should I do with you?” I muttered as I stood before Patrick Blanderdolf, who was sprawled unconscious on the floor. I nudged his face with my foot and he flinched, finally regaining consciousness.

Selina had already left the house. I saw her run out a while ago, so I went to Patrick's room to do my job. Hopefully, the princess would go home promptly. As she should. She had no business going to shady people’s houses like that without her security detail. Wasn’t she warned about strangers?

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed when she left, but it was all for the best. I had to remind myself every time that she's off-limits... but when I look at her, I lose all sense. I don't know what I'd do if she stayed. Not after what she said.
