Bailey's point of view

"Is she your girlfriend?" I urged for an answer as I stared at Miguel but he was shut. He couldn't say a thing. He just stared at me and at intervals, he would glare at me, Jennie.

"I'm sorry. I have to go." I picked up my bag and started walking away. His voice caught me up and stopped me from walking away.

"Jennie isn't my girlfriend Bailey. I don't know what she's talking about." He explained but then I realized that he isn't even my friend so Jennie being his girlfriend is in no way my business.

"That's not my business Miguel. I have to go Tyler and Katie must be looking for me." That was the only lie I could think of because even if I'm not his girlfriend, I think I was a bit hurt that he was trying to become close to me even if he had a girl.

But what if Jennie is lying? She likes to lie all the time so probably she's lying.

I didn't care, I just walked away, why was I feeling this way?
